Accident!

It's a curse!
this is the second time my friend and I passed by the junction, after dinner. The first time, we got shock, because while our car was reversing, there was another car almost hit our car, it didn't even reduce the speed! but we were lucky! cos we reversed slowly.
Today we were out of luck, same place and same park lot, reverse also, we hit another car from the back while he was reversing too.
FXXKING CURSE!

Korean Food

Few weeks ago, my friends and I went to a Korean resturant for dinner. The food that they serve is damn nice.
This is only the first time for me to have Korean, but what can i say.... I love the food and service.
The owner of the resturant is origin Korean, some waitress also. They are very polite and nice,
Maybe because it is just open, there are at least 4 dishes of food, they gave us for free, and plus the things that we ordered, the situation is something like the pics showed below:







As you saw the situation of the food is messive, I LOVE IT!
BTW there are few ugly dudes are in the pictures, those ain't me, if you wonder who i am, please refer to my Mel Gibson post!

I have never liked reading, in fact I have never read, from primary school, to junior high till university I have never enjoyed reading anything, except those soft porn novels. In summary, I don't like reading. However, filmmaking is not only about the technics, but more importantly, and the key of making a film is story telling (According to the speech  given by Mel Gibson in Limkokwing University of Creative Technology). 

As myself, one of  degree graduates major in Film & Television, have to manage the skill of story telling, in order to be a good film maker. therefore, I have decided to start reading something to adequate my knowledge of story telling, at least I could know how others telling their stories.

Nice Sunday

It is a relax Sunday, where people are busy with their own stuff, I enjoy my lazy sleep at home (till 12, ) It's wasting time, who cares, it's a bloody Sunday. Movie is cool, Got a invitation to attend a certificate training, however, at the last line of the invitation, it is written in Singapore, (the Fxxk UP country, remember!) and it's around 4k Singapore dollars, it's insane, I started questioning myself. Why do people earn their money so easy, I can not. It must be crazy to ask a person giving me 4k, they dare to ask me O_O,if they ask in front of me, I will give them my backhand as hard as I can!

Happiness & Tiredness

According to my feeling and observation, I probably spend lots of energy on sleep. Seriously, Tired, especially, once I wake up after a long time sleep, not as say LONG... it is just a normal sleep like 6 or 7 hours, However, it could make me tired enough, I think I have been tried for decade, but my point is that I can't figure out WHY.

Why I am so tired, even right after asleep, I think I am being cursed by all the GODs from Planet, like those I could not pronounce their names. 

IF this could make everyone happy,  then just keep it up, however, just bear in mind that your happiness is based on someone 's tiredness. 

It is NOT the way to do things...

Most of time I go to work late, it's not confession, it's fact. With my good friend,  we always reach office SLIGHTLY late. Therefore, I was still sleeping in this morning around 8.45am, suddenly, I got a phone call, I thought it was my friend coming to fetch me, so without looking at caller,  I straight cut off the phone call, however, it ringed again. I picked it up, answered it. GOT rush job, have to be there at 9am....."What the F..." how the hell I could be there by 9am, if the person only call me at 8.45am. However, I did as fast as I can to be there. Shooting is all right, Nothing specials, I am still as professional as I am used to be :D. then I went back to the office in the afternoon, had not finished complaining about how bad their project management is for the morning job, Another rush job coming, 5am I got a brief " Going to airport to shoot at 4.45, Van is waiting downstair to airport. " Without doing anything, I was late already! that's F...

 

IT IS NOT THE WAY TO WORK LIKE THAT! 

We Asians are hard working type, no matter how tough and rush the job is, We Asians will do it , but however, I have to mention that it's not good to always make things rushing, because it means that the way we manage things are wrong, most of time we don't have to be rush if we are done our job, we plan them properly; requisitions are dealt in advance, project managers tell the person who is going to take the job in advance. Nothing would be rush. I can always wake up at 6am, even 2am in the morning to do the thing that I am responsible for it. Because I know it's my job, and I am supposed to do it. However, these kind of rushing job, make me feel myself are cheap!

Comparing with Westerns, they don't rush things, but the way they handle things are more effective than Asians. We make ourselves tried, frustrated, annoyed and even have intention to quit our job. All these are due to BAD management and BAD project planning.  NOT saying our secretary does not do her job, She does her work effectively. but most of time, she doesn't even know the projects from the management side. 

NOT saying we asians are stupid,  we are smart people, by doing business and good at technical and technological things. However, most of our countries are third world countries. WHY? does that mean that all those countries' people are lazy and stupid? NO... We are neither lazy nor stupid, but why do we always make ourselves in the situation that we need to rush and get things done without looking at the quality, due to we are rushing to meet the dateline. We should get things right from top to bottom. Always plan it in advance, then settle them, one by one accordingly. To show to the world, We asians are smart, fast, hard working.....

Sigh.... Tired to type.

iLife 2008

Its cool to get a original copy of a software, especially for people live in Asia.
Got a iLife 2008, thanks God is installable to my bloody iMac and Powerbook,
except imovie, iDVD & garage band which i don't really use much, (in fact,
i only installed iPhoto and iWeb, i love iPhoto, recently my friend asked me to
edit his wedding video and photos, video is cut on Final Cut Pro..easy shit!
photos I did it on iphoto, due to the iphoto was the version 2, the pictures are not moving around,
only wait there for the transition. With latest version of iPhoto, finally, I could do less job, but
have big impact and appreciation from my friend :D

Youtube all the way babe!

Today, I was not prepared to do any job. In fact, I have been not-in-the-working-mood for couple of months, I still could not adjust myself mentally and physically till now. I could do my daily job, but without patient and accuracy, just edit and done ( btw i am a video editor) without amendment.
I know it's so unprofessional, but I believe thats all professional people do, after they become professional, they are sick of what they do, then they will play this unprofessional attitude, but not all the people i believe. some of my friends and colleagues are damn tough, no matter how the bosses torture them, they will say YES, I WILL DO IT.
What to do, different people have different way of live.
SO I didn't do my work today, did a bit not so much, so what did i do. I watched YOUTUBE all day long.
First just some MTV stuff..then I typed Japanese Movies.. then there is movie that the fans cut the movie into 12 episodes,
therefore, i decided to watch this movie, called LOVE COMPLEX. It is so touching, I almost cry ( I didn't, even i did, i won't write it down here for God sake). I like the cut smile of the main actress, the way they dress up etc.
after the movie, I searched all the videos that i want to watch, if dont have, i watched their trailers....
its a very good day i would say to myself.
